1.Signal system for facilitating safe backup of vehicles
The problem was
The rear safety guards on goods vehicles are frequently damaged or bent during reversing. Because drivers often rely on guesswork when backing toward loading platforms, any miscalculation leads to an impact that compromises the guard's structural integrity.
After solving problem
According to this invention, when the vehicle is reversed and the safety guard makes contact with the loading platform, the driver is immediately signaled to stop, or the vehicle engages an automatic stop.
2.Vehicle wheel extension cum jack
The problem was
Currently, if a vehicle gets stuck in mud or ice with one side’s wheels slipping—or if the wheels on one side are suspended in the air—conventional jacks are often ineffective for moving the vehicle. Consequently, the vehicle typically requires a tow truck or a crane to be recovered.
After solving problem
1. This innovative device increases a vehicle's wheel diameter to provide additional ground clearance while its expanded circumference ensures superior grip on slippery terrain. Lightweight and portable, this 'wheel extension-cum-jack' can be easily operated by a single person and stored in the vehicle just like a standard jack.
2.This invention lifts the vehicle by increasing the wheel diameter, using its larger circumference to prevent slipping and ensure easy movement. The device is lightweight and portable; much like a car jack, this wheel extension-cum-jack can be used by one person without difficulty.
3.Boom crane safety and signaling system
The problem was
1. With the cranes currently in use, if the boom of the crane touches a high-tension power line, the electrical current passes through the entire body of the crane, and the crane's tires burst, resulting in the death of the operator and other people.
2. In the cranes currently in use, when the crane's boom is extended, it needs to be stopped before it touches anything. To stop it, the operator has to visually monitor the boom and stop it manually, which sometimes leads to errors, resulting in damage to either the boom or the object it hits.
After solving problem
1. The device of the present invention is installed at the boom end of the crane, is made of shock-proof material, and is equipped with a touch sensor. Therefore, if the crane's boom accidentally touches power lines, electricity does not enter the crane's body, and the boom stops suddenly, preventing any damage.
2. Due to the touch or proximity sensors installed in the device, as soon as the boom touches an object, the operator receives a signal, allowing them to stop the boom, or the boom stops automatically.
4.Eco-friendly cold-cum cold-proof transport container for human, animals and birds
The problem was
At present, air conditioners are installed in transport containers used for transferring people, animals, birds and vegetables to protect them from heat, which are very expensive and consume a lot of fuel.
After solving problem
This eco-friendly cold transport container, created as part of this research, is constructed using special panels made of baked clay or thick cotton canvas. These panels lower the temperature inside the transport container, keeping people, animals, birds, and vegetables cool. The panels are cold just like water cools in clay pots or canvas bags.
