The problem was

1. Many modern building panels maintain heat by insulating the structure and preventing outside heat from entering. While these panels offer excellent thermal resistance, they have no ability to reduce the internal temperature.

2. At present, many panels have been made in the world to prevent heat from entering the structure, which can be used only on the roof of the structure, no such panels have been made which can be used on the roof, wall, door, window, partition, flooring and any other place of the structure.

After solving the problem

1. The cold cum cold proof panel of this invention not only prevents heat from entering the interior area of ​​the structure but also keeps itself cool in an eco-friendly manner and keeps the inside of the structure cool.

5. These eco-friendly cold panels can be used to construct various structures, including living, dining, and sleeping quarters for humans, animals, and birds.

6. Developed as part of this research, these eco-friendly cooling structures are constructed using specialized panels made of baked clay or thick cotton canvas, which are filled with water. These panels lower the internal temperature of the structure and keep the space cool—much in the same way that water remains cool in earthen pots or canvas bags—thereby cooling the interior of the structure through contact with the air.

2.A fresh keeping box for fruits and vegetables

The problem was

Currently, vegetables, flowers and fruits are kept in refrigerators to keep them fresh, which consumes more electricity.

After solving the problem

1. Developed as part of this research, this eco-friendly cold box uses specialized panels made of baked clay or thick cotton canvas. These panels are filled with water, which cools naturally—much like water in an earthen pot or canvas bag. This process lowers the internal temperature of the box, keeping stored fruits and vegetables fresh for longer.

2. Storing vegetables and fruits in an eco-friendly cold box keeps them fresh naturally while reducing electricity costs.

3.Eco-friendly cold-cum cold-proof transport container for human, animals and birds

The problem was

At present, air conditioners are installed in transport containers used for transferring people, animals, birds and vegetables to protect them from heat, which are very expensive and consume a lot of fuel.

After solving the problem

1. Developed as part of this research, these eco-friendly cooling transport containers are constructed using specialized panels made of baked clay or thick cotton canvas filled with water. These panels lower the internal temperature—much like how water remains cool in earthen pots or canvas bags—thereby cooling the interior through evaporative cooling as air passes over them.

4.A multi-functional hand cart

1. Lack of Preservation: Current handcarts have no built-in features to maintain the freshness of fruits and vegetables.

2. Difficult Maneuverability: Turning the cart requires lifting the heavy rear section, which is physically demanding.

3. High Physical Strain: Operation relies entirely on manual pushing; the effort required increases significantly when the cart is fully loaded or navigating steep inclines.

4. Insufficient Storage: Existing designs lack dedicated compartments for the organized storage of produce.

After solving the problem

1. Temperature Control: These handcarts feature eco-friendly ‘cold panels’ designed to keep fruits and vegetables fresh, whether stored inside the box or displayed on the surface.

2. Effortless Maneuverability: Built with a load-balancing mechanism, the carts can be easily lifted from the rear for smooth turning and navigation.

3. Gear Assistance: A manually operated gear system allows for easy movement under heavy loads or when ascending steep inclines.

4. Enhanced Storage: Each cart is equipped with integrated air-flow or cold-storage boxes to maintain product quality.
