6.ELECTRICAL SAFETY DEVICES FOR ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION COMPANY
1.Multi cable laying concrete tubular block and its equipment

The problem was
1. Currently, electrical cables are laid using either half-round or full-round hollow pipes. While half-round pipes offer insufficient protection, full-round pipes—though more secure—make the cable insertion process significantly time-consuming.
2. Currently, multiple cables are installed within a single conduit, making it difficult to replace individual cables if they fail. This configuration also poses a fire risk: if a short circuit occurs in one cable, the resulting heat can easily spread, causing collateral damage to all other cables in the pipe.

After solving problem
1. This invention is a specially designed pipe consisting of one or more identical tubes with two interlocking sections. First, the bottom half of the pipe is laid along the length of the trench. The cable is then laid directly into it. Finally, the top half is positioned and locked into place. This allows for easy installation and ensures cables do not cross, making them completely secure within a full round pipe.
2.Pole stay cum fastener

The problem was
When a wire is pulled to a pole, a stay is driven into the ground to prevent the pole from bending, and the pole and stay are tied together with a wire. When a stay is driven into the ground, the hole is often shallow, and due to soft soil, there is a risk of the stay coming loose from the ground. If the stay comes out of the ground, it can cause an accident.

After solving problem
1. In this invention, the sliding blade in the stay device is fixed to the bottom surface of the ground hole, so that the stay firmly grips the ground, and therefore the stay does not come out of the ground.
2. The said device can also be used as an anchor fastener.
3.Insulation sheath for electric pole

The problem was
Electricity is transmitted from one place to another using wires strung on poles. These poles are usually made of metal. During the rainy season, electricity often leaks from these poles, posing a risk of electric shock to humans and animals.
After solving problem
According to this invention, the device is made of insulating material and is pole-shaped, and a device with sufficient height is attached to the metal pole to prevent leakage current.
4.Cut out fuse

The problem was
The male and female contacts of the cut-out fuse used now maintain a strong contact for a few months, but after a few months the contacts become loose, due to which the fuse contacts heat up and the contacts and wires burn, and many other problems occur.

After solving problem
As per the current design of the device, this device maintains the contact firmly from the first day so that neither the contact nor the wire can get heated and neither the contact nor the wire can get burnt.
5.Refillable fuse container

The problem was
Presently HRC fuse is used in the electricity distribution box of MSEDCL company, and when HRC fuses burn then a wire is used in place of HRC fuse, the said wire is used in the live circuit of electricity, which is very harmful for the wireman, and due to looseness in the wire female contact the fuse wire gets burnt again and again and loose contact causes a lot of problems in the electrical equipment.

After solving problem
According to the device of this invention, the fuse wire is already fixed in this device, and the device covers the bare wire on three sides, due to which the device gets easily and safely fixed in the fuse female contact in the live circuit, and the fuse wire also does not get loose in the female contact.
6.Fastener cum pole stay

The problem was
Current anchoring solutions are often limited by substrate compatibility. Existing fasteners are typically engineered for either high-density materials, such as concrete and masonry, or standard drywall applications. Consequently, there is a significant lack of versatile fasteners capable of providing reliable, load-bearing support cross both hard surfaces and low-density substrates.

After solving problem
1. Universal Adaptability: A primary advantage of this invention is its universal adaptability. Unlike traditional fasteners, this anchor is engineered for high performance in both soft soil and high-density surfaces, such as concrete floors and walls. This dual-compatibility eliminates the need for site-specific hardware.
2. Versatility: This anchor fastener can be used as a structural pole stay to provide superior tensile strength.
3. Landslide Prevention: In particular, this device is highly effective for anchoring landslide prevention mesh and drapery systems in mountainous or steep, rocky terrain
